SUMMARY:Adult Art Therapy
DESCRIPTION:\nThis is a FREE online expressive arts therapy program for adu
 lts living with Epilepsy. During difficult times\, it is exceptionally imp
 ortant to build a loving sense of community!\nStarting Tuesday\, September
  14th\, there will be a virtual six week art program for adults with epile
 psy! It will be from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Please join us!\nThis program will be 
 led by expressive arts therapist Kiona Medina.\n\nThis strengths-based onl
 ine program will give participants an opportunity to learn new stress mana
 gement skills during times of uncertainty\, explore different creative mod
 alities\, and build an online support network.\nNo art experience is neces
 sary. This program will predominately focus on the literary and visual ar
 ts\, including journal prompts\, collage\, vision boarding\, and self-refl
 ective writing processes.\nPlease join us for this amazing mind and heart

  years of experience in community mental health. She is very passionate ab

 l use found objects\, accessible art supplies\, and creativity to foster t
