DESCRIPTION:Starting Wednesday\, February 14\, 2024\, from 3pm-5pm\, the Ep
 ilepsy Foundation of Northern California's art program will take place eve
 ry week. Sessions will alternate every other week between (a) formal instr
 uction from an art specialist and (b) creative sessions led by one of our 
 support group leaders.\nNo previous art experience necessary!\nTime: 3:00p
 m-5:00pm\nPlace: Online-Zoom\nAge: Participants must be 18 or older\nAdmis
 sion: FREE\, Limited amount of space available (first come\, first serve\,
  waitlist available)\nThe arts provide participants with both verbal and n
 on-verbal means to communicate\, express emotions\, and relieve tension. P
 articipants will be provided with expressive art projects which honor thei
 r diverse emotional and physical needs. This is a strengths-based program\
 , meant to assist participants in building their confidence\, increasing t
 heir self-awareness\, developing their coping skills while building meanin
