SUMMARY:Adult Art Therapy Program
DESCRIPTION:\nThis is a FREE online expressive arts therapy program for adu
 lts living with Epilepsy. During difficult times\, it is exceptionally imp
 ortant to build a loving sense of community!\nThe program will take place 
 virtually on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 pm\nThis program will be led by ex
 pressive arts therapist Kiona Medina.\n\nThis strengths-based online progr
 am will give participants an opportunity to learn new stress management sk
 ills during times of uncertainty\, explore different creative modalities\,
  and build an online support network.\nNo art experience is necessary. Thi
 s program will predominately focus on the literary and visual arts\, incl
 uding journal prompts\, collage\, vision boarding\, and self-reflective wr

  experience in community mental health. She is very passionate about conne

 nd objects\, accessible art supplies\, and creativity to foster these conn
