SUMMARY:Adult Art Therapy Program
DESCRIPTION:\nThis is a FREE online expressive arts therapy program for adu
 lts living with Epilepsy. During difficult times\, it is exceptionally imp
 ortant to build a loving sense of community!\nThe program will take place 
 virtually the first and third Saturday of every month from 10 am to 12 pm.
 \nThis program will be led by expressive arts therapist Kiona Medina.\n\nT
 his strengths-based online program will give participants an opportunity t
 o learn new stress management skills during times of uncertainty\, explore
  different creative modalities\, and build an online support network.\nNo 
 art experience is necessary. This program will predominately focus on the
  literary and visual arts\, including journal prompts\, collage\, vision b
 oarding\, and self-reflective writing processes.\nPlease join us for this

  arts therapist with 12 years of experience in community mental health. Sh
