DESCRIPTION:Starting Wednesday\, February 14\, 2024\, from 3pm-5pm\, the Ep
 ilepsy Foundation of Northern California's art program will take place eve
 ry week. Sessions consists of formal instruction from an therapeutic art s
 pecialist while connecting with other adults with epilepsy.\nNo previous a
 rt experience necessary!\nTime: 3:00pm-5:00pm\nPlace: Online-Zoom\nAge: Pa
 rticipants must be 18 or older\nAdmission: FREE\, Limited amount of space 
 available (first come\, first serve\, waitlist available)\nThe arts provid
 e participants with both verbal and non-verbal means to communicate\, expr
 ess emotions\, and relieve tension. Participants will be provided with exp
 ressive art projects which honor their diverse emotional and physical need
 s. This is a strengths-based program\, meant to assist participants in bui
 lding their confidence\, increasing their self-awareness\, developing thei
 r coping skills while building meaningful relationships with their peers.\
