Most of our Living with Epilepsy Community Educational Conferences have been recorded since 2018.
Topics include Special Needs Trust Planning, Cognitive Changes, Surgical Evaluation Processes, Mental Health, Women and Epilepsy, Neuromodulation with VNS and RNS, and longer conferences with information on the latest research and
treatment options, driving and epilepsy (and interfacing with the DMV), and more–all about everything we face when we are Living with Epilepsy.

Know your rights in obtaining accommodations for students with epilepsy. Utilize resources below to help you navigate the system, including a sample 504 plan, seizure action plan, forms, guidelines and informational handouts for schools and teachers.

Get free Seizure First Aid
trainings for your school
Our presentation topics include Epilepsy 101, identification of seizures types, and basic first aid tactics. Free trainings are provided at a need basis to our communities. Please reach out to schedule a date/time to get Seizure First
Aid trained. Following each training, the participants can set up an individual meeting if they would like to be a Seizure First Aid trainer and train others in the community.

YOUNG ADULTS PANEL
Our Mental Health & Young Adults Panel was a part of one of our Walk 4 Epilepsy events and brings the young adults community together as we talk more about mental health.
PHYSICIAN
CONSORTIUM
Our Annual Physician Consortium* brings together epileptologists from all over the nation to convene and share the latest research and treatment options for epilepsy, featuring keynote speakers.
*Note: this is not a public event as it is for physicians. EFNC hosts it as part of our goal to further the research and treatment of epilepsy.
BOOK TALKS
Our book talks bring opportunities to learn about books related to our experiences with epilepsy, while bringing us together in community and solidarity as we discuss.
