This is a FREE online expressive arts therapy program for adults living with Epilepsy. During difficult times, it is exceptionally important to build a loving sense of community!
The program will take place virtually the first and third Saturday of every month from 10 am to 12 pm.
This program will be led by expressive arts therapist Kiona Medina.
This strengths-based online program will give participants an opportunity to learn new stress management skills during times of uncertainty, explore different creative modalities, and build an online support network.
No art experience is necessary. This program will predominately focus on the literary and visual arts, including journal prompts, collage, vision boarding, and self-reflective writing processes.
Please join us for this amazing mind and heart expanding opportunity! Please email art@epilepsynorcal.org for any questions
