On March 20, 2027, join our 10th Annual Seize the Moment 5K/10K/Kids Half Mile in Sacramento, CA. This combined 10K, 5K and 1/2-mile fun run is designed to generate interest, awareness and promote education about epilepsy, seizures and SUDEP. To be held on Purple Day® weekend, this run is open to participants of all ages and is completely wheelchair and stroller accessible. We welcome sponsors, business partners, community activists, and entertainers to join us in participating in this signature event for the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California in the Sacramento Region.
