On March 23, 2024, join our 7th Annual Seize the Moment 5K/10K in Sacramento. This combined 10K, 5K and fun run is designed to generate interest, awareness and promote education about epilepsy, seizures and SUDEP. To be held on Purple Day® weekend, this run is open to all participants of all ages. We welcome sponsors, business partners, community activists, and entertainers to join us in creating a signature event for the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California in the Sacramento Region.

8:25am – 10K Run
8:30am – 5K Run/Walk
